Importance of Yearly Maintenance on Your System

Throughout the year, Oklahoma wind can clog your condenser coils with cottonwood fluff and all sorts of debris. Your system is forced to run longer, putting additional stress on its components. When the weather hits 95 degrees and up, I often see blown fan motors and other electrical parts that might have lasted longer if they hadn’t been running with clogged coils. While it's true that sometimes these failures can occur even to systems regularly maintained, it's much more rare.

So remember: When it's still cool outside, maintenance inspections can give me a chance to warn you that a part is about to fail, so we can ensure your system is ready for the hot summer!
